    Where Innovation Began

    Medical Indicators, Inc. was founded and incorporated in the state of New Jersey at its original location in Pennington, NJ. The founder, Dr. Robert Witonsky, developed the company’s NexTemp® technology.
  • 1990s

    Expanding Across North America

    Medical Indicators expanded to increase both the number of products offered, as well as the company’s reach selling into the US, Canada, and Mexico.
  • 2000s

    Growing the NexTemp® Family

    MII continues to advance with the development of additional offerings within the NexTemp® Family of Thermometers as well as expand into additional countries, including South Africa.
  • 2010s

    Global Growth and New Acquisitions

    Continuing with the company’s global expansion, MII acquired another innovative disposable thermometer brand, Tempa-Dot®. This enabled ongoing global expansion with the opening of the UK office and entry across Europe.
  • 2020

    A Billion Thermometers, One Mission

    MII’s sets out to equip the world with over 1 Billion thermometers this decade.
