Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At NexTemp, your safety and satisfaction come first. Because our thermometers are single-use, hygienic medical products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has shipped. This policy ensures the highest standards of health, safety, and product integrity for all customers.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted in limited cases where:
- The item arrives damaged or defective, or
- You received the wrong product due to our error.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at customerservice@medicalindicators.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
If your request is approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Condition of Returned Items
For safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unused, unopened, and sealed packages in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or handled cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned:
- Single-use or disposable medical thermometers (all NexTemp®, NexTemp® Ultra, NexTemp® GO, and TraxIt® products)
- Opened or used health or hygiene-related items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Sale or clearance items
Damages or Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at customerservice@medicalindicators.com so we can evaluate and make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Because our products are disposable and hygienic, we do not process direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for return, you may place a new order once your refund is confirmed.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the items remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Contact customerservice@medicalindicators.com to initiate a return.
